Personal Training (One-to-One)

  • Single session: £50

  • Block of 4 sessions: £150 (£37.50 per session)

  • Block of 12 sessions: £400 (£33.33 per session)

Small Group Training (4–6 people)

​

  • £60 per group, per hour
    (Just £10–£15 per person for a full hour of expert coaching!)
